As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that align with our business goals and objectives. You will manage our social media presence across multiple platforms, create engaging content, and interact with our audience to build and maintain a strong online community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Account Management: Manage and maintain social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Content Creation: Create, curate, and publish engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.
  • Campaign Management: Implement content editorial calendars and schedules to manage content and plan specific, timely, and measurable marketing campaigns.
  • Monitoring & Engagement: Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitive activity, and audience feedback. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media campaigns and promotions.
  • Influencer Relations: Foster relationships with influencers and industry partners to expand reach and engagement.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze key social media metrics, providing regular reports on performance and insights.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay informed about social media best practices, tools, and trends to recommend improvements and innovations.
  • Research & Analysis: Conduct research and competitor analysis to inform content and messaging strategies.
  • Advertising: Develop and implement social media advertising strategies and campaigns.
  • Content Writing: Write client blogs, articles, social media content, newsletters, and media releases.
  • SEO & Web Traffic: Write and optimize copy for website pages, landing pages, and blog posts to enhance user engagement and SEO performance. Measure web traffic and monitor SEO.
  • Reporting: Regularly report to the marketing manager on personal and client KPIs, OKRs, and key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and digital marketing tools.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
